If you buy any items that are currently being offered as pre-orders, the expected shipping date will be listed on the product page. Please note the actual date your order will ship may vary by 1-2 business days from expected.
Please note, if you purchase any other items that are not pre-orders at the same time, all of your items will ship with the pre-order item. If this happens to you and you'd like to cancel the other items and have them in a separate order, please contact our support team and we'd be happy to help! :)

Once tracking shows that your item has been delivered, we can no longer be responsible for the order.

At this time, we only ship within the US.
If your order is returned to our warehouse because the postal carrier wasn't able to deliver to your address, we will provide you a refund of the product price minus a $5 fee, and we aren't able to refund the original shipping cost.
