If you receive damage items or the incorrect order, please contact our support team within 7 days with photos showing proof. We will then be able to issue you a return and refund, or send you out the correct items.
If you would like to return your item due to any other reason not listed above, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. We unfortunately can't refund the original shipping that you paid. We do charge a $3 fee for all returns that aren't due to a damaged or incorrect item, and this helps to cover the restocking fee. We will send you a pre-paid return label for you to use to make it as easy as possible. Once we receive your return, we'll issue you a refund (minus initial shipping cost and minus the $3 restocking fee) to your original payment method.
